Horka nad Moravou is a village and municipality (obec) in Olomouc District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.93 square kilometres (4.61 sq mi), and has a population of 2,112 (as at 1 September 2008).
Horka nad Moravou is approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Olomouc and 207 km (129 mi) east of Prague. It lies on the Morava River; its name means "hill on the Morava".
